Sam is a native East Texan with many years and variety of real estate experience.  He began in the large marketplace of Beverly Hills, California working in property sales.  After a time selling Real Estate his passion began to shift to helping buyers with their financing.  This became very rewarding to Sam and enjoyed helping his customers.  He began working for Bank of America (Formally know as Countrywide Home Loans) in Austin, Texas and became a high producing loan officer.  As with most large banks and companies, he felt process and service of the extremely large operations treated its customers as a "Number" and not an individual with individual needs. Sam's passion for customer satisfaction and to work with families on an individual basis became a perfect match for him with America's Mortgage Center, Ltd..  Each customer has their own set of needs and desires to achieve Home Ownership they deserve to be provided service.  Sam's "Corporate America" experiences has developed his desire to provide personalized service to East Texans' looking to purchase or refinance their home.  He is glad to be serving his community in his home area, East Texas.
